NASHVILLE, Tenn., April 22, 2026 — Wardmore Health Capital today closed its second term securitization, issuing $471,365,000 of notes through Wardmore Healthcare Equipment Receivables Trust 2026-1 (“WHERT 2026-1”). The notes are backed by 4,688 equipment leases, Critical Care Subscriptions and Utilization Pricing agreements with 467 hospitals and health systems in the United States.
The notes were issued in six classes. The Class A-1, A-2 and A-3 notes were rated AAA (sf) by both rating agencies engaged on the transaction. The weighted average interest rate on the notes is 4.64 percent.
“Our second transaction was larger, more diverse and priced tighter than our first,” said Anil Raghavan, Chief Financial Officer. “Investors who bought 2025-1 came back, and they brought others. That reflects how this portfolio has performed.”
The notes were offered in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A and outside the United States under Regulation S, and have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933. This announcement is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.
