Privacy policy

What personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Who we are

This policy covers Wardmore Health Capital, LLC and Wardmore Health Capital Canada ULC (together, “Wardmore”, “we”). We finance equipment for hospitals and other healthcare organizations. Our clients are organizations, not individuals, so most of the personal information we hold is about the people who work for our clients, manufacturers, funders and suppliers, and about visitors to this website.

What we collect

  • Business contact information: names, job titles, work email addresses and telephone numbers of client, manufacturer and funder contacts.
  • Information for credit and compliance checks: for officers, directors and owners of applicants, names, dates of birth and addresses, used to verify identity and screen against sanctions lists.
  • Client Center records: user names, sign-in times and actions taken.
  • Correspondence you send us.
  • Applications for jobs with us.

We do not collect patient information through our services. See our statement on patient data.

This website

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from any other site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for up to 30 days for security purposes. The contact form does not transmit what you type; it shows a confirmation in your browser.

How we use information

To evaluate and service financing, to meet legal obligations such as sanctions screening and record-keeping, to secure our systems, to report to our funders and the trustees of our securitizations as our agreements require, and to recruit.

Who we share it with

Service providers who work for us under contract; our funders, trustees, rating agencies and auditors, as needed for their roles; manufacturers whose equipment a client is financing, to arrange delivery and service; and authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep financing records for seven years after an agreement ends, and recruitment records for two years.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, or to object to how it is used, including under state privacy laws in the United States and PIPEDA and provincial laws in Canada. Write to privacy@wardmorehealth.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact your local data protection or privacy authority.
