How it works
Month 0
We install the current generation from the manufacturer you choose, with interfaces and alarm middleware, and take back your old fleet at an agreed value.
Month 48
We remove the first generation and install the manufacturer’s then-current generation, at a price agreed at signing. Your payment does not change.
Month 96
Return the second generation, buy it, or sign a new refresh agreement.
Why four years
Most manufacturers support a monitoring platform’s software for six to eight years from its release, and a hospital typically buys a platform two or three years into that life. A 48-month refresh keeps every monitor inside its support window, and inside the period in which security patches are issued.
What we agree with the manufacturer
We negotiate the second generation’s price, the trade-in value of the first, and the support dates in writing before you sign. If the manufacturer discontinues the platform early, the refresh comes forward at no extra cost.
