Electronic records and signatures

We sign agreements, schedules and amendments electronically, and deliver statements and notices electronically through the Client Center and by email. By signing electronically, a client agrees that electronic records and signatures have the same effect as paper ones, as federal and state electronic signature laws provide.

Any client may ask for paper copies of any agreement or notice at no charge, or withdraw consent to electronic delivery for future notices, by writing to its relationship manager. Notices that an agreement requires to be given in writing, including notices about Continuity Assurance, are sent both electronically and by courier.
